Očerupani: Rukovodioci Er Fransa bežali od besnih radnika

Besni radnici Er Fransa nisu dobro reagovali na najavljena otpuštanja. To je na svojoj koži osetilo nekoliko rukovodilaca francuskog avio-prevoznika.

Najgore su prošli Pjer Plisonije, zamenik direktora za duge linije Er Fransa, i Ksavijer Broseta, potpredsednik Odseka za ljudske resurse i radničke odnose, koje su radnici bukvalno izvukli sa sastanka rukovodilaca i žargonski rečeno očerupali ih. Rukovodioce je od nekoliko stotina radnika, kako izveštavaju svetski mediji, morala da spasava polcija.

Izvršni direktor kompanije, Frederik Gažej, uspeo je da izbegne susret sa nezadovoljnim radnicima.

Podsetimo, rukovodstvo Er Fransa je nakon neuspelih pregovora sa sindikatima pilota donelo odluku o otpuštanju 2.900 zaposlenih. U planu ušteda navedeno je da će biti otpušteno 300 pilota i ko-pilota, 900 stjuardesa i 1.700 zaposlenih „na zemlji“.
